Following God means you need to give up all the past sin that's in your life. Jesus died for you to be forgiven of all the mess of your past. It's contrary to God's will for you to continue in it. As Pastor Dan will explain today, your life should bear the fruits of the Spirit working in you if you've really given your life to Christ. You should act differently as a result. The world should see a difference in you that's for the better. How you live should point others to Christ, too, as they see what a positive change has taken place in you.
