In the ancient Middle East, as in some places even today, if someone kills a member of your family, your family is required to avenge that death by spilling the blood of the killer or someone from his family. Today, Pastor Dan teaches us how God sought to institute justice in the Promised Land, at a time when there was no police force and no courts.
