I never really believed the truth of this phrase until I was in the thick of it...you become the company that you keep. Mixing with those that don't value what you do is a potential breeding ground for moral compromise. In today's message, we see this as Pastor Dan outlines a horrible incident in Jacob's family that couldn't be ignored. As humans, we all make conscious decisions to ignore or be aware of what's happening. Jacob knew what was going on and didn't address it until it cost his daughter pain.
